We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Jay Leno's Garage Car Care. If your apparel or accessories don't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is free of wear or debris.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our garage team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
